The dissemination activities in France, a great impact!

Within the framework of the dissemination actions of the Open Minds project in France, five significant events were organized in 2024 in Toulouse and 2025 in Marseille. These actions have allowed to present the objectives, tools and results of the project to all target audiences: – in Toulouse, mostly from the world of free software and the associative sector. In public Marseille composed of sociocultural actors, associations and social and solidarity economy.

Conference – 16 November 2024: “Open Minds: Free Digital Association: Training and tools”
Organised within the framework of the Capitol of the Libre in Toulouse, this conference brought together 16 participants, of which 5 identified stakeholders. The audience consisted of 70% free digital actors and 30% sociocultural structures. At the end of the intervention a strong interaction was noticed, with deep questions from the participants.

Workshop – November 17, 2024: “Working digital solutions on the Open Minds platform”
Also within the framework of the Capitol of the Lliure, this workshop has allowed 10 participants (including 4 interested parties) to specifically discover the functionalities of the Open Minds platform. The public showed great interest in the structure of the database built with Yeswiki, a central free tool in the project.

Conference – November 19, 2024: “Partnership Facility for Cooperation in Adult Education – Assodev’s Witness on the Open Minds project”
This conference was held within the framework of the Social and Solidarity Economy Week organized by CRESS PACA in Marseille. It has made it possible to publicize the Open Minds project within institutional and ESS networks. 26 participants attended, with 4 parties involved.
The public was made up of actors in the social and solidarity economy, mostly sociocultural associations. He has expressed an interest marked by the free and ethical approach of the digital that the project carries.

Conference – April 2, 2025: “Conference Presentation of the Open Minds project – training and tooling the associations in free and ethical digital”
This conference was held within the framework of the associative meetings bla blasso house of the canebière associations of the 1st district in Marseille. It has made it possible to publicize the Open Minds project within associative and sociocultural networks. 27 participants attended, with 4 parties involved.
The audience was made up of associative and sociocultural actors. He expressed an interest marked by the values of free and ethical digital and to know the solutions.

Conferences – April 28, 2025: “Conference Presentation of the platform of digital resources and solutions for the associations of the Open Minds project”
This conference was held within the framework of the associative meetings bla bl’asso space Rousseau 4 eme arrondissement in Marseille. It has made it possible to publicize the Open Minds project resource platform within associative and sociocultural networks. 22 participants attended, with 5 parties involved.
The audience was made up of associative and sociocultural actors. He has expressed great enthusiasm for this platform that responds to his need to find alternative solutions to the owner, as well as trainings, pedagogical tools and other rustic to accompany them in a transition and that currently has no equivalent.
Some have stayed a long time at the end with very constructive ideas on how to improve the platform for an audience of three beginners.

These events have allowed not only to publicize the results of the project, but also to initiate a constructive dialogue with warned audiences and sensitive to the challenges of digital sovereignty, ethical training and open cooperation. The quality of the exchanges, the returns received and the supports produced bear witness to the qualitative impact of these dissemination actions.
